This beautiful Villa is a fantastic option for families, friends or couples looking for a mix of peace and quiet without compromising on the proximity with the sea and vibrant villages. The house has been renovated to an excellent standard. The living room with a separate dining room is flooded with light and elegantly decorated in a contemporary style. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking some lovely meals in the comfort of your own home. The Villa has three nicely appointed bedrooms, two bathrooms sleeping a total of eight guests. From the terrace, you have lovely views of the Mediterranean and nearby salt lakes. There are various seating areas around the house where you can enjoy a meal, read a book or have a snooze after a dip in the private pool.

Space includes on one floor with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms,(comfortably suitable for 8 persons), The kitchen is completely equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, hob, fan extractor, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine and dishes and utensils.
The living room is spacious with a three-seater sofa and two armchairs. The separate dining area will accommodate eight to eat comfortably. SAT-TV (English channels), air conditioning in all rooms are installed.

The apartment is fitted with smoke detectors alarms for safety. Fire extinguisher. The community pool is tested and cleaned regularly. Lockable gates. The area is exclusive, safe and regularly patrolled.

The area is one of the healthiest places in the world with 300 sunny days annually and the salt lakes helping to ease rheumatism, asthma, skin problems.
You will be met at the property by our property manager and a 120€ euro cleaning and preparation cost will be payable upon your arrival, cleaning includes linens and towels.
All electricity, air conditioning and water costs are included in the rental rates. (Normal Use), the 400€ euros damage deposit will be payable upon your arrival in cash. This will be promptly refunded once our property manager has collected the keys and checked the property.
Amongst the many facilities in Ciudad Quesada are the La Marquesa 18-hole Golf Course, an aqua park, bowls club, snooker and pool hall, a nature reserve with BBQ facilities and picnic areas “El Recorral”, as well as many bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and medical centres. There are numerous activities within a short distance such as horse-riding, crazy golf, go-karting, and all types of watersports. A little further afield are the attractions of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, and Mundomar sea life centre.
Located in a quiet residential area, it is only a few minutes drive to the superb blue flag sandy beaches and marina at Guardamar and the bustling market town of Torrevieja and is serviced by 2 airports, Alicante (35 minutes north) and a new Murcia Corvera (55 minutes south)
Over the years, Ciudad Quesada has developed into award-winning urbanization located on the south-facing slopes with commanding views over the salt lakes of Torrevieja and La Mata. One of these is an actual working salt lake considered to be the most important in Europe, the other being a nature reserve. Beyond them, the Mediterranean sea glistens on the horizon and further views take in the mountains and inland plains covered with orange and lemon groves filling the air with the delicate aroma in flowering seasons.
A 10-minute drive through orange groves takes you to Guardamar and one of the longest and best beaches on the whole of the Costa Blanca, set against a backdrop of palm groves planted on the dunes. Guardamar is a typically Spanish town with a beautiful marina and is well known for its seafood cuisine.
Each of the local towns and villages holds at least one weekly market, with stalls filling the side streets where you can browse and shop for some great bargains. Fruit and vegetables, cooked food and wine, in particular, can all be bought very cheaply. This provides an ideal opportunity to mix with the friendly locals and soak up some of the culture and atmosphere.
The area is quite cosmopolitan, so the many restaurants reflect the different cultures and provide for all tastes. Excellent food, service and very reasonable prices can be found at some superb restaurants within a few minutes drive.
The main town nearby, Torrevieja, caters for all tastes and budgets with many speciality restaurants along the beautiful pedestrianised promenades and marinas.
There are numerous other activities and excursions which can also be found within a short distance of Ciudad Quesada, including go-karting, crazy golf, balloon flights over the Elche / Crevillente area, boat trips around the harbour and trips with “submarine” underwater viewing to the small island of Tabarca.
A little further afield are the attractions of “Aqualand”, a huge aqua park near Benidorm, as well as “Mundomarr” next to it, a sea life centre well worth a day out. “Terra Mitica”, Spain´s answer to Disneyland is also close to Benidorm, about 70 minutes drive away. This boasts a wealth of attractions based on similar themes to Disneyland with various worlds to visit and many rides and events within each one.
