What time is Check-Out?

Check-out is from 8:00 until 11:00 am, but we are flexible if we do not have another family arriving the same day.

Is it possible an early Check-In?

We are flexible if we do not have any family checking out the day of your arrival.

When can we Check-In?

Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00hr
We charge 20€ extra for any late check-in, after 21:00hr

Where can we Check-In?

We will contact you by email in order to arrange the check-in a few days prior to arrival.
We will receive you personally on the property.

Where can I find the property address of my booking?

When your booking is confirmed we will send you an email with a Google Maps link which includes the address of the property, please Click on the icon to open the address in Google Maps

What is the difference between Airbnb, HomeAway and your site?

HomeAway/Airbnb are advertising sites. We are the property management company that manages everything from marketing to maintenance and housekeeping.
Holiday rental sites like HomeAway or Airbnb will charge you between 6 to 16% commission on top of our quotation. That is why we always recommend booking directly with us.
We advertise on HomeAway and other sites to get our homes the most visibility possible, but you can save booking directly in Quesada Holiday Rentals.

Do you have monthly rate for your properties?

How can I change my reservation, and are there any fees associated with that?

What is the cancellation policy?

Flexible policy:

We do not charge anything If cancellation is received 45 days prior to arrival.

Provided that the guest pays the full balance on time, they can receive:

a 50% refund of the total amount paid by the cancellation date if they cancel at least six weeks before check-in.
a 25% refund of the total amount paid by the cancellation date if they cancel at least four weeks before check-in.

Due to the pandemia (COVID-19), if your fly is cancelled or the govern of your country or Spanish govern close the borders at least six weeks before check-in, you obtain a full refund, in another case, we offer the possibility to move your stay for other dates/season/year.

When do I have to make the total payment?

70% pending amount has to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

*(refundable deposit will be payable upon arrival in cash)

This deposit is fully refundable after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation

What do we have to do for booking?

We request 20% of the total amount in order to confirm the booking, you can pay it directly in our secure web by credit card or PayPal

How can I ask for a quote?

Our website has an online secure payment integrated platform and all our calendars are synchronized instantly, so you can book directly.
To get a quote, just select your dates in the calendar on any of our properties and the budget for the selected dates will automatically appear just below the calendar and press “Instant Booking”:

Amenities & Services

Will my property have internet available?

All our Home Holidays are equipped with an internet (Wi-Fi) connection which is free for your use.

Are pet allowed?

Small pets are just allowed in some of our properties, please be sure to read the property description and extras section before booking, or please contact us to confirm if the property is pet-friendly.

Is smoking allowed in the homes?

Smoking is prohibited inside on the rented properties, only in terraces, garden, patio or exterior in the plot (detached villas), any damage caused by cigarettes will be cover by the security deposit.

Can I request an airport transfer?

Absolutely, just you should send us your flight information and the number of passengers at your party, and we will arrange the pick-up.
The driver will be meeting you at the airport and will bring you to your apartment to check-in.

Does the home come with linens and towels, or do I need to bring my own ones?

The home will be equipped with all the basic necessities.
All the beds will be made with fresh linens and bath towels will be provided.

Please bring your own towels for the beach and pool.

Do you offer laundry service?

All our holiday homes have washing machines.

Is cleaning, electricity, water and gas included in the prices?

Final cleaning is included in the quotation.
Electricity, water and gas are included in the price, under a responsible use, please turn off the A/C when you leave the property and keep the windows and door closed when it is on use.
