This service covers the following:
- Regular Security Checks (when the property is not occupied)

We meet the guests at each check out to pick up the keys and check that the flat is in the exact same condition as before the booking.
We partner with a cleaning company to make sure your flat is always clean and ready for you and the next guests.
Home decoration and furniture
We advise our clients and even buy for them everything they need in their property to be a good host.
We are available anytime, our guests can call us day and night, we will meet them in person to solve problems or call a handyman when needed.

We help the guests with directions, booking a taxi and keeping their luggage, booking a table at a restaurant, a spa and even ordering flowers. Whatever they need!

If you don’t want to provide household products, we can do it for you and supply all the cleaning and toiletry products such as toilet paper, kitchen roll, bin bags, shower/hand gel, shampoo.
