We do Key Holding. We take care of your property & make regular inspections while you are out of Spain.

If you don’t want to provide household products, we can do it for you and supply all the cleaning and toiletry products such as toilet paper, kitchen roll, bin bags, shower/hand gel, shampoo.

Pool & Garden Maintenance

We do both Pool & Garden Maintenance twice a week during summer season & once a week during winter season. We have a professional team in charge of that.

Building Services

We can even build you your dream home on the Costa Blanca, or we can also offer you a wide range of building services. We have the best quality, our professional building and maintenance team will take care of all for you at the best price.
